Under Settings, you can assign a manager to the organization by name. Please note that the supervisor must first be created as a user in Onventis.

If the organisation is not located in Germany, you can also select the input language, e.g. English. Users assigned to this type of organizational unit automatically have an English-language Onventis account.

For each organizational unit, you can maintain your own text for system e-mails and include your own logo. These are only displayed for documents in this organizational unit. If nothing is entered in this field, Onventis automatically uses the data that has been stored in the Master Data Management → Organizational Data → Other tab and text for system emails.

Under Link to DMS , you can maintain the unique link to your DMS system.
