E-mail import | Improvement of the automated upload of emails with body

The behavior of the e-mail import is improved when importing e-mail with body.

• E-mail with one PDF attachment

  • PDF attachment = Main Document

  • E-mail body PDF = Attachment

• E-mail with multiple attachments

  • First PDF attachment = Main Document

  • E-mail body PDF = Attachment

  • If there is no PDF attachment, then make E-mail body PDF the main document.

• E-mail with no attachments

  • E-mail body PDF = Main document

Job Execution | Filtering options are added

The job execution menu is now extended with additional filtering options. This will allow the customer, but also Onventis Support or Consultants to find required job information a lot faster.

The added filters can be found in the Execution history and are:

Batch ID:                       To filter on a specific Batch ID

Company:                     To filter on jobs from one specific company

Started from:                To filter on jobs started after a specific date + time

Started to:                    To filter on jobs started before a specific date + time

Last action from:           To filter on jobs having their last action from a specific date + time

Last action to:               To filter on jobs having their last action on a specific date + time

Batch state:                  To filter quickly on certain Batch states

Has rejected:                To filter on jobs which have rejected records

Has processed:              To filter on jobs which have processed records

Long action:                  To filter on jobs which are marked with ‘long action’.

The checkboxes for ‘Has rejected’, ‘Has processed’ and ‘Long action’ are setup as follows.

When it is grey with a dash -> it is not taken into consideration

When it is a green check -> Show result which DO have this records/ long action

When it is not marked at all -> Only show results which do NOT have this records/ long action

Organisation linking based on OCR results via worklist | Improved checks on the users rights

If the supplier could not be found automatically, the coders will get the option to link suppliers in the worklist of the invoice. OCR data is taken into account for this. In this release, improvements are made to check the rights of the coders when linking/ creating new suppliers.

• When multiple organisations match with the OCR data and the user does NOT have rights to edit organisations or to create a group link to the company, only the organisations which have an group link to the company (matching with the transaction) will be shown in the selection popup.

• When no organisations match with the OCR data and the user does NOT have the rights to edit organisations or to create a group link to the company of the transaction, in the “Link to existing' dropdown the user will only see organisations which already have a group link to the company of the transaction.

• When no organisations match with the OCR data and the user does NOT have the rights to create organisations or to create a group link to the company, the user will not see the option 'Create new organisation” in OCR worklist page.

Improvement of the ‘roles player were not found’ message

For better understanding of the ‘role players were not found’ message, the activity on which the error actually applies will be added to the message.

Mobile App IOS | Date picker opens calendar

When working in the mobile app for Onventis Workflows via IOS, a calendar will be opened if a date field has to entered. In the previous version it automatically filled the date of today and you had to open to change the data.

The current setup matches with the way Android is working.
