New Phone

If you have a new phone, you must re-establish the association between Onventis Analytics and the app in your new phone. First, log in using your email address and password. Them click the link “New phone” when you are asked to enter a code from the app.

In order to reset your tied phone, we need to know that it is you making the request. We will start by sending an SMS to your phone using the number you entered when you registered.

If you have not registered a telephone number, we will instead send an email to your company administrator, who will be able to help you.
