Online Helpfiles Onventis Invoice Processing
Our online helpfiles can be found on https://help.onventis.com/content/onventis-invoice-processing. In our application the helpfiles can now be accessed by using the ? button, next to the home button on your dashboard. Our online helpfiles are updated after every release.
With this, the dashboard tiles with a link to the helpfile in PDF will become obsolete.
If no customizations have been done to this dashboard item, this dashboard item will be removed during the update. If customizations were done, the dashboard item will remain. Your key contact user can contact the Customer Service team to adjust current dashboard item for helpfiles and remove the links to the PDF helpfiles.
HotKeys
The hotkey button is changed in this released.
As the ? button is now used for the online helpfiles for Onventis Invoice Processing, a new button was introduced for the hotkeys.

Remarks to transactions
In Onventis Invoice Processing it is possible to add remarks to transactions. This can be done manually via the “+ add a remark” option when no other remarks are made yet or by clicking on the remark and opening the Remarks screen from there. This is also automatically added when sending an email via the worklist.

Based on customer feedback, we’ve now extended this remark with the date + time the remark is added.

The most recent remark is displayed when working in the worklist or archive. By clicking on the remark, the history of remarks can be seen.
