Onventis offers the following question types to build a questionnaire:
Scoring allowed: No
Description: Single-Line input questions are used for asking open ended questions. Questionnaire designer can also configure the type of answer required such as text, number, email, date etc.

Type: Single-select
Description: Yes/No (Boolean) questions allows the respondents to select from just two options (Yes/No). It is one of the most common types of question used to configure conditional logic.

Type: Single-select
Description: This question type allows respondents to select an answer from a set of options. In the questionnaire designer you can specify the options. You can also use the standard choices such as None, Other (describe). The respondent can select only one option.

Type: Single-select
Description: Similar to Radio button group, this question type allows respondents to select answer from a set of specified options. The respondent can select only one option.
Difference between Radio button group and Dropdown: If you have more options, it's better to use Dropdown because you can display more options while occupying less screen space.

Type: Multi-select
Description: This question type allows respondents to select answers from a set of specified options. Unlike Radio button and Dropdown, the user can select multiple answers.

Scoring allowed: No
Description: File upload type question allow respondents to upload files as a response to a question. It is mostly used for requesting certificates from the suppliers.
Configuration: Using the side panel, you can decide if the respondent can upload single or multiple files.
File Category: While configuring file type question, you can specify the file category with which the supplier should respond. For files such as ISO Certificates, which have a validity/expiration date and which requires future updates, file category Certificate/Specific Certificate should be selected.

Description: Dynamic panel should not be confused with panels which are used to group questions belonging to a certain category such as Sustainability or Data Protection.
How to use dynamic panel: Certain questions require more than one answer field to get the complete information. Using ‘Dynamic Panel’ you can group multiple questions and create a single set of answer. You can further allow the respondent to add multiple set of answers.
Configuration: Using the side panel, you can configure if the respondent can add a single set or multiple set of answers.

Weighting allowed: Yes
Description: Users can create a ‘Panel’ and add multiple questions inside that panel. The panel facilitates users to group similar questions belonging to a particular category such as sustainability, compliance, information security etc.
Configuration: Using the side panel and in the section ‘Panel Layout’, you can select the panel collapse state. It is advised to select this setting as ‘Expanded’ or ‘Collapsed’, so that the supplier can collapse or expand the panel.
