Status of alerts

Alerts can have the following status:

• In capture
  Status of the alert as long as it has not been sent. An alert can only be processed in this status.

• Sent to Suppliers
  The RFx has been sent to the assigned suppliers.

• Closed
  Tenders that have been cancelled or for which an award has been made.

• Awarded
  This status is set if the bid was accepted after the bid deadline.

• Archived:
  RFPs that have been archived.

Canceled:
Alerts that have been cancelled.
