Assigning a material group

You can assign a material group to an RFx. Only one material group can be assigned, whereby all subkeys are taken into account.

Via the Selection… button you can select the desired material group by clicking on it. The Save and Close button closes the window and assigns the material group to the RFx.

From the bid invitations, you can only access the templates that are assigned to the same material group.

Users assigned to this material group can view but not edit this RFx.
