E-mail dispatch | New e-mail dispatch-provider

In this release, we have moved the e-mail-dispatch handling to a new service provider named; Brevo.

In the upcoming weeks the dispatcher-provider will be replaced. The new IP address from which emails will be sent is: 172.246.34.254.

A separate e-mailing will be sent to the Onventis key-users with all the details and the exact dates.

The new service will help us to ensure that the e-mails you have triggered in the Onventis Invoice Processing application as well as other Onventis applications, are delivered reliably. It also will enable Onventis to take additional measures to prevent the e-mails from being rated as SPAM.

Brevo itself is a provider of e-mail delivery services based in France. You can find more information on https://www.brevo.com.

Integration | Navigate from orders in Onventis Buyer to invoice in Onventis Invoice Processing

It is now possible to navigate from the purchase order directly to the invoice by clicking on the hyperlink of the invoice in the tab ‘follow-up documents’.

The correct invoice will be opened.

Integration | Navigate from invoice in Onventis Invoice Processing to order in Onventis Buyer

From now on it is possible to navigate direct from the invoice line to the linked purchase order in Onventis Buyer if it is linked directly. When working in ‘Integrated Mode’, in the invoice line the ‘purchase’ icon is displayed to indicate it is linked to a purchase order. By clicking on this icon, the linked purchase order will be opened in Onventis Buyer. When the invoice line is linked to a receipt, the user first has to open the receipt and from there direct navigation to the purchase order in Onventis Buyer is possible.

In this release, the platform is prepared for the user integration between Onventis Buyer and Onventis Invoice Processing.

Integration | Contract & Contract Review transactions now also visible in ‘To do’ list in Onventis Buyer

From now on, it is possible to add contract and contract review process from Onventis Invoice Processing to the ‘to do’ list in Onventis Buyer.
