Invoices in the Future Now Supported

Spendency now handles spend with invoice/PO dates in the future. This allows a better prognosis of spend to come.

Dates up to year 2999 are accepted when reading input data files.

Currency Conversion Rates

Spendency uses the official mid-month conversion rates for doing currency conversions. But, for the current month and any future dates, we do not yet have the official rate. Therefore we use the latest available month rate, eg during September 2023 we use the rate for August 2023. If currency conversion has to be done, we will flag such conversions using the warning text shown in the image above.

If your spend data uses the same currency as you are currently using in the analysis, you will not get this warning, as Spendency does not have to convert anything.
