Entry points for a Supplier Portal registration

This section describes possible first touch points with the Onventis Supplier Portal.

01 Customer invitation email, with a link to register on the Supplier Portal.

A customer sends you an invitation e-mail containing a portal link through which they can connect to their customer. To add this customer to your Onventis Supplier Portal account or to register your company first on the Onventis Supplier Portal, select the link “Create account”.

02 RFX, bid invitation or Supplier Qualification request

An Onventis Buyer customer invites a Supplier to participate in a RFI, RFQ or a Qualification request.

A supplier is asked to register on the Onventis Supplier Portal to get access to that request.

03 Self-registration on the Supplier Portal
