1. How is the AI Coding model improved over time?
AI Coding improves automatically based on user activity.
All invoices that are coded (including user adjustments) are used to further train the AI model. This allows the system to better recognize patterns and provide more accurate coding proposals over time.
2. Can I fully automate AI Coding?
Yes, automation is possible, but a controlled approach is recommended.
Start with automation for high-confidence proposals only. After monitoring the results and gaining trust in the system, automation can be expanded based on your requirements.

3. Do I need to use AI Document Recognition?
Yes.
AI Coding is designed to work in combination with AI Document Recognition. This ensures high-quality input data and enables the AI model to generate accurate coding proposals.
👉 Traditional OCR solutions are not sufficient to fully support AI Coding.
4. Can I control when AI Coding is applied?
Yes.
AI Coding is only executed when triggered by configuration rules. These rules are defined during setup and can be based on:
Invoice type (e.g. non-PO invoices)
Supplier
Business rules
This ensures that AI Coding is applied only where it adds value.
5. What happens if the AI proposal is incorrect?
Users can review and adjust all coding proposals.
Corrections made by users are used to improve future proposals. This ensures that the system continuously learns and becomes more accurate over time.
6. How does the confidence level work?
Each AI Coding proposal includes a confidence level (low / medium / high).
This can be used to define automation rules, for example:
High confidence → automatic posting
Medium/low confidence → user validation
