We are happy to introduce version 5.8, the first release together with our new family at Onventis. What would be a better start than Spendency now being available in German too.

Delete Many Agreements at Once

Sometime you just want to start over. Or sometimes, an agreement upload just goes a bit wrong. A much requested feature is finally in Spendency: select multiple agreements and delete them all.

You can either select agreements one-by-one using the checkboxes, or use the checkbox in the menu row and select all agreements.

Ooops, Can I go Back?

Spendency has always had point-in-time backups and this release makes it even easier to go back in time. If you need to back up an hour, a day or a week – just reach out to support@spendency.com with the specific time and date, and we’ll have you back in you happy land in no time.

SFTP Option for Easy and Frequent Updates

A new option is available for setting up very frequent updates over SFTP. This allows uploading all invoices, including invoices that have not yet been paid. Here’s the suggested setup:

• Some_ERP_2021_12.csv
• Some_ERP_2021_11.csv
• Some_ERP_2021_10.csv
• and so on…

On the export side, just export a new file for any month has seen changes. Invoices go into the month for the invoice date (so they don’t move between files). And to support this, when you upload a changed file with the same name, eg 2021_12 has some more data in it, Spendency will replace the file and update all the data for that month.
