Resend to OCR
Previously, it was only possible to resend an invoice to the OCR once from the worklist. From now on, this can be done repeatedly if needed.
Monitoring
In this release, we have expanded the monitoring of our job workers in terms of sending emails, generating reports, and generating invoice images in the archive and work list.
Security
Within Onventis, we are even stricter about access to customer data. For example, existing access connections expire even earlier than before to further minimize risk.
E-docs / E-invoices
Onventis is currently making all the preparations to use a new electronic invoices service. This service will be launched in the coming months and in this release the technical infrastructure has been realized to be able to provide this service.
Report groups
As one of the last components to come out of the Silverlight version, the report groups will now also be available in the HTML version. For example, as an application manager, you can determine per report group which roles may have access to a set of reports, without intervention from the Onventis Service Desk.
