CC and BCC lines visible by default

It has been possible to send an email from the worklist or archive for some time. If you do this, a pop-up will open to choose the recipient and compose the email. A new addition to this is that the CC and BCC fields are now visible by default to fill in, without having to click on anything extra:

Another improvement in emailing from the transaction is that you can now easily select the email address of a contact person associated with the relationship/supplier of the booking:

If you click in the To field, the external contacts that are linked to the relation now also appear, so that you don’t have to look them up anymore.

Multiple tran defaults

As of today, it is possible to set multiple booking proposals (transaction defaults) with 0%.

Booking proposals are often used if transactions from a certain supplier are often/always coded to the same booking entities. However, it can be that for a certain supplier there are always 2 or more possibilities. From now on you can create multiple proposals in the organization maintenance. If you then create a rule during encoding, a pop-up will appear in which you can choose which of the multiple proposals you want to use to create the rule:

Also, a Default checkbox has been added, in which you can indicate which of these proposals should be the default. If you use this checkbox, the rule is immediately created and filled with the booking entities set in the proposal.

Twinfield interface

In this release, the new authentication method of the Twinfield interface is officially supported. Twinfield has in fact switched to the oAuth 2.0 login. This transition has been handled on our end, which means that there will be no impact on existing or new interfaces.

Add transaction number to report name

If you generate a process-related report, for example an Order Form or a Budget Summary, from now on the transaction number will be included in the report name.

Delegation from external to internal

It is now possible to issue a proxy from an external user to an internal user. This allows an internal user to take over the account of an external user to watch and/or help where needed.

Replace workflowwise for onventis in mails

Some places in emails within the application still mentioned WorkFlowWise, these have now been replaced with Onventis.

Block Silverlight

The time when Silverlight will be deactivated is near. In this release we have created an option to completely block access to the Silverlight version of the application. The development within Silverlight has been completely stopped some time ago and its use was only incidental in the past months. As of this release, therefore, in most cases access for the Silverlight version is blocked with a reference to the appropriate HTML version.
