Document zoom window

When you are in the work list or in the archive, on the right side of the screen you will find the document linked to the transaction. At the bottom of this document there was a small window in which you could change the zoom level in order to see the document better. However, this small window was located inside the document so that it sometimes got in the way of reading certain information from the document. For this reason we moved the window to the toolbar, above the document itself.

Save zoom setting

Besides moving the Zoom window, we have also improved the various zoom settings. You have the choice of:

• Automatic Zoom
• Actual Size
• Page Width
• Page Height
• Page Fit
• Manual

The start setting is always Page Width when you open a transaction. If you select a different zoom setting, but then open another transaction, the zoom setting jumps back to Page Width. We have now ensured that the zoom setting selected for each user is saved as the preferred setting, so it does not jump back.
