Mobile App

As a result of the acquisition of WorkFlowWise by Onventis and the name change that took place on January 21, we are now changing the mobile app. The mobile application is now called Onventis Workflows. The logo was also replaced by the official Onventis logo.

SAML2.0 authentication

Starting with this release, Onventis supports SAML2.0 authentication for working with Azure Active Directory (AAD). SAML stands for Security Assertion Markup Language and is one of the most widely used standards for exchanging authentication data. SAML enables secure single sign-on. Users must authenticate once and then do not need to log in again.

Title tab

When you have the Onventis application open, you will see the title of the tab at the top.

Above you can see what it looks like at the moment. In this release, the name of Onventis is changed to Onventis Workflows.

Integration of Onventis

Great strides are being made in integrating the entire Onventis platform. For example, you can combine the processing of transaction processes, as you are used to from the All-in-One Procurement Suite, in a single application. Below is an overview of the full range of applications, all running on the same platform.
