Export data to Excel

Export data from Spendency

In Spendency, it is possible to export data to Excel in XLXS or CSV format. To export data, press the download arrow that you can find in different places within the system.

Export from the Analyse page

If you want to export data, you can do this directly from the Analysis page. When exporting from this view, you get spend data at the invoice/transaction level including categories, normalizations, and contract information. The exported data will be determined by the filters applied to the view, the filter menu (1), and the date filter (2). If the date period for 2020 is activated combined with a unique category, only the data that meets the criteria will be included in the export.

When applying a filter on the drill-down menu (1), you can choose specific categories or:

  • All Categories: Only categorized data will be exported. Note that Excluded data is managed as categorised data.
  • All Data: Exports all the data that have been uploaded to the system
  • All Included Data: If the data has been excluded it will not be included in the export.

Export data from a graph

If you zoom into a graph, you can export the graph’s underlying data by pressing the download button to the right, Note that the filter and variables determine which data will be included.

If you want to download all data for a specific supplier, you can open the supplier card and then press the export button.

Export from the categorisation and the contract page

Under the categorisation page, you can export the category tree and a list of categorised suppliers. If you go on to the contact page, you can also download all agreements.
